Reports reflect clinical findings — not advocacy positions.
Disability determinations are made by the relevant agency (e.g., Social Security Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs), not by the evaluating psychologist.
If you are seeking therapy, crisis intervention, or legal representation, those services must be obtained separately.
