Independent Psychological Evaluation Services
All independent evaluation services are private pay and are distinct from therapeutic services. Fees reflect the time-intensive nature of structured clinical interview, comprehensive record review, diagnostic clarification, functional capacity analysis, and formal report preparation.
Fees are not contingent upon disability determination or rating outcome.
VA Disability & Nexus Evaluations
Comprehensive VA Disability Evaluation
Includes structured interview, review of military and medical records, diagnostic clarification, and nexus opinion when clinically supported.

$400 per hour (2-hour minimum)
Travel time billed at hourly rate when applicable.
Payment Policies
A 50% retainer is required prior to initiation of record review.
The remaining balance is due prior to release of the final written report.
Reports are not released until payment is received in full.
